What type of information we collect & how we collect it
Voluntarily supplied information
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have sent a message through the contact form.
- You have made a booking through the booking system.
- You have purchased a voucher.
Doula Next Door currently collects and processes the following voluntarily supplied information:
- When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number
- You provide your name and your email and possibly the person’s name and email who you are buying the voucher for.
- You provide your email and/or phone number when filling out the contact form.
Automatically tracked information
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like tracking analytics.
What we do with the information we have
- When purchasing a voucher, we collect personal data such as name, email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to: Send you your voucher.
- When filling out the contact form, personal data is collected to get in touch with you.
- When purchasing a service, information is used to send you notifications of your upcoming appointments.
1. Stripe
We also accept payments through Strip. Information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and your billing information will be sent securely to Stripe.Please see Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
2. Gift up
We use the company Gift up to provide you with your gift voucher. Information required to complete this process includes value of gift card, name, email.Please see Gift Up Privacy Policy for more details.
3. Amelia
We use the company Amelia to to process all your bookings. Information required to complete this process includes name, email address, telephone number.Please see Amelia Privacy Policy for more details
3. Google Forms
We use the company Google to to collect information about you and your pregnancy to better tailor our services to your needs. Information required to complete this process includes name, estimated due date of your baby and other details about your pregnancyPlease see Google’s Privacy Policy for more details
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information is Consent.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
